The red light at the traffic signal on Central Avenue southbound (at the intersection with Manhattan Avenue) is out. Only the yellow and green lights are working - the red light is out.

Southeast corner of JFK Blvd and Beach Street is flooded. Probably from a clogged catch basin (other corners are not flooded)

This entire stretch of road from Tonnelle to JFK along Van Winkle needs to be repaved ASAP. It feels like you are riding on a roller coaster when driving towards JFK, especially in the area near Skillman. Please fix

Stop sign on median is knocked down. Please fix

Every morning, a school bus stops right at the Northwest corner of JFK Blvd and St Pauls Ave (JFK southbound direction). This backs up traffic for cars heading on JFK towards Journal Square unnecessarily. The school has a private lot in the back where the buses can drop children off.

Additionally, if the lot is not an option, they can drop children off on Skillman Ave, which is a dead-end street. There is no reason to back traffic up on JFK Blvd for this.

The sidewalk immediately adjacent to a utility/ lamp post is broken. Could potentially cause post to tip over and fall

Need a do not enter + no right turn sign on NW corner of Van Winkle and Skillman. Cars are making right turns from Skillman onto Van Winkle and causing unnecessary traffic risks.

the traffic light on 139 westbound at the intersection of palisade Ave is too short. On the weekends traffic backs up because only a few cars make it through the light. Need to make it much longer.

There is a small (but deep) pothole on Brooks place, immediately east of the intersection with JFK Blvd (next to the crosswalk). While the pothole is not very large (maybe 4" diameter), it is very deep and also right next to a manhole. If it gets larger it could potentially cause a sinkhole.

The Green arrow on JFK southbound to turn left onto Newark avenue is too short. Traffic regularly backs up for over a block because there's not enough time for more than a few cars to turn. Since several other eastbound streets in the area are closed for construction (rt 139, St Paul's), it forces a higher than usual amount of cars onto Newark avenue. Please adjust the length of the Green arrow ASAP. Thanks.

The green traffic light for cars traveling east on Manhattan ave approaching central ave needs to be longer on weekends. There are many pedestrians on the weekend, so cars have to wait at the intersection or Manhattan and Central. This causes traffic on Manhattan to back up all the way to Summit Ave.

The traffic signal at Congress St and Central Ave is too short for cars traveling westbound on Congress. Every day, regardless of the time, cars get backed up for blocks. The light needs to be longer to alleviate the traffic at this intersection.

Storm grating has been moved out of position. Hazardous for people crossing the street. Southwest corner of JFK and Carlton Ave.

The traffic lights on JFK Boulevard are not synchronized at night. Every intersection has alternating lights (when your current light is red, the next block is green. Once you get to the next light, it turns red). This adds a tremendous amount of time since anyone on JFK will hit nothing but red lights. This happens on JFK all throughout the Heights.
