Underground Utilities Corp. was replacing the water main on Terrace Ave. the past 2 months and have left many spots on the sidewalks which have not yet been repaired after their digging. These are dangerous as well as unsightly and need to be cemented over and left in their original good condition.

This pile of trash, overflowing trash cans, shopping carts, and disposed of furniture has been in front of 216 terrace since at least Wednesday night. Trash pick-up here was Thursday night and it was not taken to curb. This house is used as an AirBNB by the way.

Do we need a permit to install a ductless air conditioning system in our house in Jersey City?

This trash is an ongoing issue! The tenants of 10 Hutton St., 8 Hutton St., and 200 New York Ave. are all told by the owner (same owner, all 3 buildings) to THROW the trash here and it is always all over the sidewalk, street, and neighboring driveway.

This is a vacant house that is for sale and I think the owner lives out of town and does not take care of the property. There are bags of trash all over in front of the house, overgrown weeds both on the front and the back of the house.

Trash in park needs to be cleaned up and more trash cans placed where they can be seen by people in the park!

Please have both park doors (upstairs on Terrace Ave. as well as downstairs for stroller/handicapped entrance) open during the day and locked at night.

Trash is always spilling out all over the sidewalk and onto my driveway from this residence. The owners of 10 Hutton St. are also owners of nearby 8 Hutton St. and 200 New York Ave. and they tell their tenants from all three buildings to put their garbage in this "pile"/ area, causing a constant eyesore and health hazard.

The 2 piles are an eyesore for weeks now and someone needs to put them out for collection

Owners of 10 Hutton St. and 200 New York Ave. and 8 Hutton St. tell the tenants to throw their garbage in the area of the sidewalk/driveway between 10 Hutton and my property at 198 New York Ave. This has been ongoing for months.
