    4 Shore Road Gloucester, Massachusetts, 01930 - Gloucester
    A resident (I suspect it is the owners who live at 190 Hesperus Ave.; ownership is listed as 21 Glendale Rd. Summit, NJ) has blocked city property at 4 Shore Road (parcel ID 167_2) with planters. Based on a sign adjacent to this parcel, parking is permitted on a limited basis. These people have no right to prevent parking for those of us who live here year round.
    Please require the owners to remove the planters, or have the DPW remove them. Then notify the owners that they do not have the right to prevent parking on City owned property.
