A commercial delivery truck struck a large branch on a roadside tree planted by the County knocking it into the road. The debris is now on the north side of Yorkshire Drive adjacent to the sidewalk, utility transformer and cable box.

Heavy grime prevents seeing speed sign & there's no nighttime reflection to see posted speed. Also could posting be moved slightly further southward since so close to intersection with Rt103 many miss the signage while turning into neighborhood. Thank you for looking into this.
