    Barricade base extending into sidewalk causing trip hazard. Wednesday evening walking home from work my wife tripped on barricades base that extends into sidewalk. She fell against the concrete stoop steps fracturing her scapula. So much for Ann Arbor proclaiming a pedestrian centric safe environment. These trip hazards are in abundance throughout the city. Possibly if the Mayor or a council person had such an accident these would be addressed.

    This repair seems to be inadequate due to the quality of the application of cold patch. Perimeter of opening not sealed with hot tar allowing water intrusion freeze thaw and creating future pothole. Also large depression near asphalt intrusion indicating the foundation of the street has been eroded or compromised. Sink hole covered over with asphalt in our future?

    Last summer Water shut valves replaced on 600 block of Felch still require asphalt fill in from curb cuts. Currently a crew in the 500 block of Miner replacing water main and will need to asphalt this repair and 3 curbs cuts are just around the corner . Thought maybe they could be done at same time

    Drivers using waze app and the like are using Felch to cut thru to Main Street during M14 detour. Many are driving thru this residential area at speeds in excess of 25 mph. Could temporary signage be added at both ends of Felch to remind theses transient motorists of the speeds allowed? Thanks for your attention. Mark Stock
