Bump on the road on south bound Mattis (south of Springfield and Mattis)

Bump on the road west bound on Kirby

The right lane on east bound Kirby into Mattis intersection is getting worse. Could some one even that areaz

Culd-de-sac road way has lots of failures that needs to be corrected properly. Don't fill in with gravel. It has to be sealed with asphalt. Otherwise the trucks (garbage haulers, snow plows) damage this.

Parking area has concrete surface that needs to be planarized. This is a major trip hazard for elderly and toddlers.

Parking area curbs are broken and needs to be restored as folks have tripped in the night time

There is a big bump in this area. I have reported this earlier and was missed. Its located right in front of art mart on south bound lanes. There is no way anyone could miss this. Please remove the bump it’s absolutely dangerous to two wheelers and needs immediate attention.

There is a bulge in the road and its getting worse with heat. This is located when you turn south into prospect from Kirby.

There is a big bump in the road west bound and this has become a hazard to motorcycles and other small vehicles. Please planarize this area and make it level.
