Alley is full of potholes and unevenness This is caused by rain run off The gravel deposits in the roadway impeding the flow of water draining to storm drains This occurs every summer during the rainy season It may be more cost effective for the city to pave this section of alley versus just filling/blading/smoothing

B8 area recycling not picked up on Friday March 27th. The recycling was not picked up in the entire neighborhood. I’m not sure if this is related to the “safer at home” order.

The city smoothed and bladed the alley behind 501 39th Ave. N earlier this week. The alley is now again full of potholes and ruts. This happens every time there is any significant rain. The gravel and dirt runs off to 5th St. N. and blocks the drainage of the road which in turn contributes to the flooding on 5th St. The City really needs to pave this section of alley to prevent this from happening multiple times a year. It seems like sensible solution and a proper use of resources to pave the alley to prevent the needless continued repairs of this alley.

The alley is riddled with large potholes and gets worse every time it rains. In addition, the run off from the alley blocks the proper drainage flow and cause the street to flood in heavy rain. This was reported back is September and nothing has been done to correct the issue. In addition, this issue occurs every year during the rainy season and could be prevented if the alley is paved instead of just bladed and graded with new gravel.

The storm/sewer drains have been clogged and/or backed up for weeks. Storm run off never completely drains causing running water down 40th Ave. N. and standing water all around the intersection of 40th Ave. N. and 7th. St. N.
