    949 Whalley Ave New Haven, Connecticut, 06515 - Westville
    The "temporary" chain link fence in front of 949 Whalley Ave fell down a couple of weeks ago and is laying across the sidewalk so pedestrians have to walk into the street to get by. Extremely dangerous.

  • 95 Fountain St New Haven, CT, 06515, USA - Westville
    The traffic light at Fountain and Alden is messed up. It cycles from Fountain to the walk signal to Harrison then back to Fountain again skipping the green light for Alden. Cars are having to either go through the red light or turn around and go another way.

    The sidewalk in front of the Scientology building on Whalley has not been shoveled. Very dangerous for pedestrians, I had to walk in the street to get to my dr appt on Blake.

    Traveling on Derby Ave from Central Ave to Ella Grasso Blvd is loaded with potholes (both regular and long thin ones). It's like driving a slalom trying to avoid them all. There's a big one just before the light at the Blvd. I'm sure it stretches further and on both sides of the road, this is just the part of the road I drive on for my evening commute.

    Pothole at bottom of Philip St, it's pretty much in the center of the road and getting larger so it's hard to get around it, especially any if cars are parked at the bottom of the hill.

    There are two major potholes on Philip St. Worse one is around the manhole cover, the other bad one is at the bottom (at the light to Whalley). There are also a bunch of smaller ones from top to bottom that are starting to get larger.

    There is a nasty pothole on the right side of Harrison St just before you get to the fire station.

    Phillip Street is almost one big pothole. There is a huge one towards the top of the hill (you could lose a Smart car in it) and two more on the way down.

    95 Fountain Street New Haven Connecticut - Westville
    Male yellow lab (mature) was at the corner of Fountain & Alden at 8:45am. Had tags and a collar, looked very friendly and happy but was heading down Fountain towards Whalley. More worried about him getting hit than anything else. (Don't know why this is tagged as graffiti but I can't figure out how to change that.)
