Property's gutter that is somewhat attached to the east side of the deck is broken with a hole at the end causing all water from house to drain onto adjacent property backyard. This is resulting in flooding in the adjacent backyard with every rainfall and with the recent flooding in Missouri City, the broken gutter has caused intense flooding all the way up to the patio next to the house. This has become a mosquito's breeding ground and could be a health hazard as well with the ground already saturated. An arm and downspout attached to the gutter to make it drain to the appropriate drain would eliminate this problem. Can you address this issue?
