    Hello, I've filed multiple complaints previously that the area next to warehouse buffet is becoming a trash magnet. The bins are too small and open. They are always overflowing. The wind carries trash into the lagoon. This is not acceptable. Can we pleaseheave a short term and long term plan to address this issue?

    Excess trash accumulation in the seal slough part near Lantern Cove (just where the trail has been blocked). Lot of plastic bottles, trash bags etc that can be deadly to the birds nearby. Pls. escalate and help fix the issue.
