We are unable to attend the public hearing scheduled for 20 February 2024 and wish to Formally OBJECT to the proposed SPECIAL EXEMPTION for address 1002 Washington St SE. We feel that this proposed special exemption should NOT be approved. We are fearful of neighbor retaliation if we attend the meeting in person based on the serval Call For Service that ACS and APD has made to this address so we formally request via this system that the exemption should be denied. The special exemption is not in line with the current Zoning for our neighborhood. There are zoning rules in place for a reason and they should not be disregarded by this special exemption!

713F is closing tickets without actually going to the listed address on the complaint.

713F is providing false statement and closing tickets without doing their job. They keep closing the complaints in our neighborhood saying, "negative vehicle at that location."
T713F needs to be held accountable for not doing their job and closing tickets incorrectly.

Yet another wrecked car has been dumped at this address. It has several flat tires, missing parts, a broken bumper and blown engine, leaking oil everywhere.

How do I get May or Tim Ke ller to stop SPAM calling my? He just called again at 2030. I don't want him calling and not this late at night. Some of us still have to go to work early.
I don't care about his propaganda phone conference calls. This is abuse of his office. How do I get him to stop calling?

When will Issue ID: 7613582 be addressed?

Three new junk "parts cars" are being parted out at the listed address. They are dumping oil and other fluids in the city drain. None of them have valid tags. Three are missing tires, have broken windows and are complete trash. There are also piles of trash and weeds about. Multiple violations to include 14-16-5-5(F) PARKING LOCATION AND DESIGN, 14-16-4-3(F)(15) Parking of Non-commercial Vehicle and 9-8-22 Maintain Premises Free of Litter. Thank you for addressing these repeated issues at the blighted property.

There is a pothole in the road at the pedestrian crossing at south bound San Pedro at Menaul in front of McDonalds

Red 4 door car with flat tires, broken windows, broken windshield, dented door and hood, missing lights, filled with trash, partially parked on the sidewalk that has been abandoned for 2 years. The registration expired several years ago. Car is wrecked and now being parted out. Real pick of junk. Please get this removed. It was dumped by the last renters and is not being gratified too.

There is a commercial vehicle that has been parked in the front yard landscaping area of this residence and has not moved for several months. We can't see to get out of our driveway safely due to this commercial vehicle being parked illegally. Please address this repeated issue.

Graffiti on wall and dumpster

There are several vehicles parked in the POSTED NO PARKING at Gibson Blvd SE and Washington St SE. Vehicles are preventing safe passed onto and off Washington St SE. Please address this repeated problem.
Do not close and say "Call 242-COPS", open a request and also forward to the SE area command.

There is graffiti on the face of the STOP sign at Crest SE and Truman SE 87108.

There is a wrecked truck with a flat tires parked on the sidewalk and in what is supposed to be the landscaping area of the listed address.

14-16-5-5(F) PARKING LOCATION AND DESIGN Truck being parked in the landscaping area remove and place in a approved area.

There is again someone living in the truck with camper shell at the listed address with flat tires. They moved out for a week when CABQ talked to them in September, then moved right back in.
The truck is also parked in the landscaping area.
Lastly, they need to dig their weeds.
