    The problem is really ACROSS the street from 270 Grand Avenue. Near the sidewalk is a pathway that leads toward Lake Merritt. As you face Lake Merritt and look left, there is deep rconcrete meter exposed because its lid is missing. The exposure is about 2 feet long, 2 feet deep, and 1 and 1/2 feet wide. It's a threat to a passerby walking or riding a bike.Possibly a PG&E or other meter.

    On the Grand side of the corner of Grand and Park View Terrace on the sidewalk near the wall of the previous business called "X-Core" there is an exposed hole about inches in diameter. Could the result of a stolen concrete lid of some sort of meter. Hole is about a foot deep.

    3 large "sculpted" pieces that look like furniture stands. Also a heavy piece of 5 ft by 3 ft glass and a bowl. Mostly on the sidewalk but the pieces simultaneously interfere with access to I believe a PG&E transformer easement.

    On the other side of 2230 Lakeshore there was a gaping whole in the gutter because storm drain cover was not in place. I reported it by phone & on line Tuesday Sep 8th but have heard or seen any acknowledgment.

    The problem is on Grand Av but is across the street from 300 Grand Av. It's a missing meter lid leaving a rectangular depression of about 5 by 10 inches and 7 inches deep. It's not actually on the sidewalk as I recall but rather in an area between the sidewalk and the gutter.
