It looks to resident that the tree is dead or dying and he is concerned of it coming down. CA confirmed the tree belongs to the county

there was a car fire and the county towed the car but there are parts in the road. Very dangerous especially with kids running around.

On the Roundabout connecting Cradlerock and Homespun, a directional sign with the arrow going around the circle showing a roundabout, is down.

Speed limit sign as soon as you turn onto Steamerbell Row (on right) is upside down

On path behind library adjacent to the baseball field there is a manhole cover missing causing a public danger. It's just a big hole around a school with young children

Sidewalk adjacent to this property leading to mailboxes is all torn up. Sidewalk does not belong to property owner.

On Broken Land Pkwy going North, just past Snowden River Pkwy the 45 mile speed limit sign is hanging off it's pole.

Tree is dropping limbs and failing. Homeowner is concerned because the other trees were taken down but that one wasn't. A limb almost took out his car.

Going East on Snowden River right before the light at Carved Stone, the sign indicating an upcoming traffic light in the median is down.
