The left lane signal at ne 7ave an 79th street is not set properly, leading to many people having to take a left turn during the red light. It's causing severe traffic congestion on 79 th street to the point where cars are honking forcing people in front to take the left. The problem is due to the fact that cars are now not allowed to make a left turn while the people driving straight have a green light. Please fix the light. Thanks!
