    Waterside north. 3700 Pompano Dr SE Responsible for their grass on both sides of fence line. However the grass continues to grow along 37th ave se and whiting dr se all the way to the west coquina park entrance. The whole fence is covered in grass and green mold. Have reported 3 times and sent Demitrius a text. The property owners... waterside north have not mowed in at least 2 months. This is a real eyesore and shows no respect for the condo neighbors. The complaint is for all along their fence on 37th ave south east including the end of whiting drive and around the corner to west side coquina park gate is over grown. It has not been mowed in a number of weeks. Well over a month. As neighbors we are keeping up our properties and have to look at this eyesore.

    Don't know who is in charge of this issue. The neighborhood and surrounds are utterly and thoroughly disgusted and dismayed that we have to look at this eyesore 24/7. Is there anything anyone can do to make it go away?It brings down our property values and encourages individuals to look at our neighborhood as a less desirable area to buy into.     The house under construction at 101 38th ave se has a corner of the building in the back that has cracked and one of the cider bllocks at the base of the building has deteriorated and has come away from it.
