Several potholes located on Freeman Rd. between Parkwood Ave. and Grayland Ave.

Grass/weeds on South side of Grayland Ave. between Nansemond and McCloy needs to be mowed. This side of the street has no homes as it abuts the highway. There is just a sidewalk and a chain link fence separating this portion from the VDOT controlled property. Grass is over 1 foot tall in most places on this stretch. If this was someone's house, they could be fined for not keeping their grass cut. Seeing as this is only 2 blocks south of Carytown, I sincerely hope the city will do something to make sure that this stretch is maintained properly.

Large amount of yard waste and assorted pieces of furniture left in the alley behind this property. Needs to be picked up asap, please.

The drain at this corner needs to be cleaned out. When it rains, the drain backs up and frequently floods the road and the sidewalk by the Kroger at that corner.

There is a deep pothole near the corner of Parkwood Ave. & Freeman Road. (On the edge of another that was filled in the past few months.)

The corner of Grayland Avenue and Freeman is severely overgrown on the side closest to the Expressway (but on the City-owned side of the fence). Weeds are over 6 feet high in some places making it difficult for traffic turning from Grayland to Freeman to see, completely blocking the sidewalk on both sides of the intersection, obscuring the stop sign at the intersection and completely engulfing the FIRE HYDRANT at the intersection. Requests have been made to the city by phone and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. This situation is a hazard and cannot be allowed to continue.
