    After Blanding was resurfaced on block west of Park not all the street markings were completed. Parking boundary next to bike lane was not marked and cars often block start of the bike lane due to no red curb, and no lines on edge of parking area. Because bike lane blocked by parked cars bikes are forced to dangerously swerve into traffic.

    The intersection of Park and Otis has become particularly problematic for pedestrians with cars approaching at high speed and routinely not stopping before making right turns on red, and mostly ignoring the no right on red sign when going north on Park. This junction is in great need of traffic calming with better signage and enforcement of speed and right turn rules.

    There's a city project about to start focused on Otis Drive traffic safety but it only encompasses the section from Westline to Willow. Please encourage the city to extend this project to encompass the section of Otis between Willow and Park which needs similar help.
