    Construction site @ 317 Huron St at one time had double silt fences in place (before demolition), however it was later breached in one area to allow removal of an old septic tank. The heavy rains today are washing out a significant amount of soil from the property and the lack of a contiguous silt fence is exacerbating the situation.
