    When turning left from E. Grand Ave, to Dubuque Ave, the left turn signal takes an extremely long time before it turns to green. Several times I've been behind cars that get impatient an make the left turn on the red signal. This is dangerous because oncoming cars are coming from a curve. Please check the timing at the left turn signal. Also, when you are in line waiting to turn left, you're unable to see the signal at the center median at the left turn lane. The black dividers inside of the signal prevent you from seeing it. Please repair these. Thank you.

    Streetlights not updated/ programmed to account for the increased traffic from the library and new apartments resulting in cars turning from El Camino unto Chestnut blocking the intersection of El Camino for the cars continuing towards Kaiser. Most prominent from 4 to 5pm, may result in traffic accident from impeding the cars that have green lights, who then go into adjacent lanes to bypass impediment. Recommend traffic lights adjustment for the three intersections between El Camino and Chestnut to old mission road and Chestnut.

    I am writing to report a recurring safety issue that poses a potential tripping hazard on the sidewalk in front of our property located at 3936 Reston Ct, South San Francisco, CA 94080.

    The surface of the cable box was initially damaged in 2020. At that time, we reported the issue, and the repair crew responded by temporarily covering the damaged area with a piece of plywood. Unfortunately, as shown in the attached picture, the plywood cover has broken again a couple of weeks ago.

    Due to the serious safety risks associated with this unresolved issue, I kindly request that a crew be sent to permanently replace the cover as soon as possible.

    Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    The right turn light for turning from East Grand onto Airport is not working as intended. It should be turning green every after the straight/left turn signal turns red. However, it only turns green IF there is a car making a left from Airport onto Grand Ave. This causes huge delays throughout the day, blocking ALL of Grand Avenue going East.
