One of the warehouse buildings on the south side of the 1400 block of 67th Street has been doing some sort of tar roofing for what feels like 2 months now. The smell of tar is overwhelming and has caused 3 of my employees to miss work after being subjected to it for entire shifts. I understand that whatever work they are doing is necessary but I can't understand how it could possibly take this long. My hope is that this isn't related to some regular course of business because it is negatively affecting my employees and customers.

Cars are cutting across the bike path on Doyle between 64th and 63rd to cut through the parking lot of 6315 Doyle. I was riding my bike along Doyle when a Subaru Outback driving west on 64th, made an illegal left turn in front of me onto Doyle heading south, then ran over the plastic bollard protecting the bike path on Doyle and entered the parking lot in front of 6315 Unit A, then drove quickly south through the parking lot and turned right onto 63rd heading west.

This concern is about the safety of Bay Street. As someone who frequently enjoys going to Bay Street the recent robberies at Apple are a real concern. The city of Emeryville needs to close Bay Street to traffic. I understand this will eliminate some parking but there is plenty of parking in the parking garage. A few years ago Walnut Creek experienced the same issues of repeated robberies in their shopping center. They made the decision to completely close the street to cars.
This will significantly deter these types of robberies as their confidence comes in part from knowing they have a get away car right outside the door to ensure they leave before the cops show up.
It’s an easy and simple solution. At this point it doesn’t appear that anything else is working.

This Emme resident has been mentioned before in another post. This individual has been observed urinating on the public sidewalk and smoking under everyone's windows. They hide whatever they are smoking under the public trash can lid in the street, and they also kick and shout at the trash can frequently.

This person exhibited disruptive, violent behavior, including shouting profanities as early as 4 am in the hallway, hitting himself, and kicking the floor and walls. One of the disturbing things this person says is, "I'll K1ll that B..ch". The individual also loiters in the hallway, staring at random doors. Which makes it unsafe for other residents to go to their units.

This person lives on the 2nd floor of Emme. Have contacted management about this individual's behavior, but no action has been taken yet.

This car has been sitting in the same place for several weeks, has gotten tickets for not being moved on street sweeping days, has no license plates, and attracts suspicious activity around it.

Same issue as noted by another person - previously, riding on Doyle was easy and safe because the signal would quickly change for a bicycle. Now, even pressing the pedestrian cross button involves a very lengthy wait and the light is not automatically triggered by a bicycle at all.

More people are looting and camping here. Not safe for this to be so close to kids who live in the area. This shouldn't be able to be here and get bigger.
