    I hit this huge pothole while riding my bike and nearly crashed into the street. It caused me to hit the wall and cut up my arm and hand.     Someone locked the gate to the galvin memorial dog park. There is a pile of bikes in the dog park as well. The dog park is hidden, behind the trees but is fully fenced in an an asset to the city. It should not be locked for personal use by citizens

    There's an electric pole with a transformer on the corner of Hague St. and Windom St. that is progressively leaning more and more each month. At this point I'm concerned that it is a ticking time bomb to coming down. Moreover, it's located right next to the daycare at 114 Western Ave. Please reinforce, straighten and tie back this pole.
