The light actually turns yellow after the second car. Third car will incur a partial red light. This is not adequate, especially considering the amount of traffic that is generated at end of work day from the Cone Hospital/Medical office area on Church Street.

    Hello. The exit ramp for Fleming Rd from Bryan Blvd has a new traffic signal. I was glad to see it added. However, my complaint is that the time the light is green for left turn on Fleming Rd is too short at rush hour. A long line of cars back up and I may sit for 3 light cycles. Please look into extending the time the light stays green to help traffic flow on the exit ramp.
