    It is past 9 p.m. and the music playing outside by the 10+ group of homeless people is incredibly loud! My apartment’s double-paned windows are closed and I have to speak loud over the noise in my own apartment. This is happening EVERY SINGLE DAY now. Many of us in the building have jobs to go to in the morning and it is impossible to get rest with this level of loud music. Why are we hard-working, paying residents have to be the ones to suffer?
    The homeless group disbands in the morning and always comes together again in the afternoon and evening hours. What can be done? This is so frustrating!
