Neighbors at 19 Linwood Place have parked two pods on City of Gloucester woods property across from their property. Also they have left stacks of old paint out in the elements and discarded vehicles. They block the end of the street so turn around is impossible. As far as property lines we all seem to own up to the street. They believe they own the entire end of the street and the land across the street. It would be nice to see this city property cleared.
