    None of the City-owned sidewalks on the North side have been touched including the perimeter of North Main Park, Wheeler Park etc. The Broadway bridges sidewalks are treacherous, covered with ice and blown over with drifted snow.

    During the recycling pickup yesterday, the truck left a pile of broken glass at every stop. All the streets in the Waterhill neighborhood (and presumably everywhere on the route) are now covered with broken glass (see photo). There are up to 10 piles per block and vehicles are spreading it everywhere. Bikers Beware!

    Detroit Edison power station on the corner of Broadway and Swift has not done any winter maintenance of sidewalks. The sidewalk on Swift street is covered with ice and snow. This has been a problem for years.

    It looks like there has been an accident on the Broadway bridge and there is a lot of broken glass on the SW end of the pedestrian walkway and in the street closest to the Amtrak station. Bikers beware!
