    The gas station is storing equipment and debris in the back of the building. There are fuel pumps, old store displays and other debris that is an eyesore and can provide a place for rats to live.

    Between the 414 building and the gas station there is a section of sidewalk that is at a slant. In the winter the slope in combination with slippery conditions has resulted in several slips and falls. We are asking that the slope for this section of sidewalk be reduced to be made more gradual.
