    the Ceiling tiles Collapsed in large pieces on our Table, Counter and floor along with some water on the counter, table and the floor is wet, plus we smelled a little mildew. I posted this before, but under the wrong category. My request (#18-11-0147) is now a work order, assigned to staff I got from an auto email from SeeClickFix.

    the Ceiling tiles Collasp in large pieces on our Table, Counter and floor along with some water on the counter, table and the floor is wet, plus we could smell a little Mildew. This was discovered Monday Morning, Nov 26 and reported. I didn't have photos, then, but I do now. I have a total of 5 pictures I would like to post, but I'm limited to just this one.

    Ceiling tiles warping and water stain down the wall from the ceiling from the roof leak caused by the heave rains we got weeks ago.

    Our heat went out again. Only cool air comes out when the heat is turned on. We only got heat a couple of days.

    Please turn on the Heat. When I turn on my heater, just cool air comes out. My Suite/ office is Room 160/162.

    Haven't had the air filters check in a while in the following suites 163, 165, 166, 171 and 175. We all need heat. Is there a boiler that provides our heat?
