My dumpster was removed by the city and not returned. They told me on the phone that only one was allowed and that I had two. I only had one but sometimes used my neighbor's to do major tree trimming and yard clearing. I should have put the borrowed dumpster in front of their home instead of mine at that time.
Now I have none and no place to put garbage. Please have my dumpster returned ASAP.
I have called and sent messages to Sanitation and Clickfix without any results.

Last month my bill was $76. This month$100.88. Normally the bill is $75-85 range.
When I called the city I was told last month was just base price as only 1000 gallons used. This month they report 3200. What they did is not read the meter last month and now the new bill shows higher use and more surcharge. I was told to go read my meter.
I told them that is their job but was told I would be charged $10 for them to come read it. This is nonsense by some lazy city employee that caused higher bill for me.
I am a 100% disabled vet and live alone so don't over use water.
