Dog owners are using this small corner park at Rocky Neck Avenue and East Main Street for their dog relief, but not picking up the poops. Can we get a Mutt Mitt dispenser and proper signage for Penalty / Ordinance to pick up after your animals. Neighbors work hard as volunteers to keep area clean and mowed, and abuse is shameful....

"No Parking - Tow Zone" signage at CA Motor Inn, 33 Rockport Road is worn and illegible. Beachgoers are abusing and blocking Rockport Road residents from their own driveways.

Ward Councilor receiving numerous calls regarding installation of substantial, proper bike racks at renovated Good Harbor Beach footbridge? 2 little "Gloucester" bike stations only adequate for 2 bikes each? Is more substantial bike rack planned for installation?

Requested "Dead End" sign at entrance to Baker Street is too small and was installed oriented the wrong way to be legible and effective alerting vehicles from Washington Street that it is a "Dead End / No Exit". This is a problem since vehicles really don't have room to turn around at the end.

Harrison Avenue is in very poor condition, causing unnecessary wear and tear on resident's vehicles. Roadway problems largely result from emergency gas line work done several years ago, which left uneven pavement, multiple potholes, and rough road surface.

Good morning Scott, this is the crosswalk at Thacher and Whitham looking towards Good Harbor Bch.

Yesterday afternoon Judy and I witnessed an irate driver blowing his horn and screaming at kids walking across the road stating it was not a crosswalk. At which point I gave him my peace of mind😇 I did get the one finger salute in return, made me feel good!

Although it looks fairly clear to me what it is and the sign just before it clearly says crossing ahead I think it would be prudent to have DPW repaint it and maybe make the signs bigger.

dangerous and uneven / broken sidewalks by restaurants and art galleries at end of Rocky Neck Avenue, #75 - #77. Many tourists walking here, and a safety risk at night.

Deep pothole with loose stone, bottom of Gerring Road between #3 Gerring & corner of 230 East Main. Dangerous condition.

Access path to Good Harbor Beach at corner of Witham Street and 1 Salt Island Road is eroded and treacherous, between boulders/rocks, not safe or handicapped accessible.

Children's bus stop is plowed full of snow so that they have to wait for school bus in the busy narrow street & intersection.

Stop Sign at intersection of Commercial Street & Rogers Street has been knocked down.

We just moved to 6 Davis street in East Gloucester a month ago and our mail, food deliveries and packages go to the 6 Davis Street Extension address next to the East Gloucester elementary school. There is no sign on top of the stop sign but there is a bracket for a sign. We were told at the closing that this would happen and they were right. It seems like a simple thing to fix and it would make two houses very happy.

Street Light is out at 8 Harbor Road, Gloucester. Car has been vandalized at night in neighboring parking lot. Has been previously reported by several abutters to both the city and to NGrid but without action

"One Way - Do not Enter' signs at discharge of Nautilus Road onto Atlantic Road need upgrading / replacement - to stop folks driving the wrong way on Nautilus Road and over the hill down towards Good Harbor Beach. Hazardous condition with oncoming legal one-way traffic, pedestrians & cyclists not expecting oncoming vehicles.
