I've requested by phone 3 times, here once before, and followed up here. Was told would be handled within 2 business days on 8/24. It's well past that. I am still requesting either repair of my can lid or a replacement. I don't understand why this can't be done? The lid lets water in every time it rains. After paying my bill faithfully for 28 year I'd think I could get my can repaired. When I called the 2nd time they showed the case as closed and completed. I called a third time, ,reported here, followed up her and now and requesting again. I've left the can out as asked, but at this point I will need to know when to leave it out as I do not want to be that person that never brings their can in, which is what I've looked like for the past month. I know it's not as bad as some, but I'd still like a lid that closes tight.
