I’ve already spoke to planning and zoning and they confirmed they do not have the proper permits for what they are doing. They rent the hall out as well as have a food market where they use improper parking and people are parking in all the neighbors yards. They block sidewalks and they run stop signs and it becomes extremely dangerous. We’ve called the police multiple times and they haven’t helped at all.

My neighbor is in violation of Sec.14-30 (4) Public Nuisance Animals. She has been placing food outside in such a manner that it attracts wildlife, thereby creating a public nuisance animal. Code Officer Batts has referred me to you regarding an already open case which involves my neighbors chickens. She has been placing feed bowls all over her front yard which has created a nuisance attracting wildlife.

There is already an open case on this with officer batts but she doesn’t return phone calls. My neighbor has multiple ordinance violations regarding chickens on her property. She has more than 5 (only aloud 4), her coop is in the frontage of the property (supposed to be in the rear, her coop is closer than 10 ft from all property lines (its less than a foot from my property line), she keeps her hens in her yard to roam free (must be kept in coop at all times) I have multiple video evidence showing her hens in my yard. Today while her hens were roaming the frontage of her property two dogs came and attacked them. This is the second time that dogs have come on her property and attacked them since they roam free in the frontage. There are multiple violations and I think it’s time a supervisor speak with officer batts about getting this property into compliance. This case has been open way to long (months) and these chickens are in danger due to the carelessness of officer batts and the homeowner. Please see the attached photos of her hens on my property which is not a rare occurrence.

My child attends pasadena fundamental elementary school and each morning there Are cars parked on the north side of city right of way that are obstructing the flow of traffic. On the south side of 71st street there is a sign that says no parking during those school hours. Can we get one for the north end as well? The homes have driveways in the rears of the houses so they park on the street which is where the school uses their car line from 8am to 8:30 am and from 1:45-3pm.
