    AS WITH LAST YEAR, THE SOUTHERLY WALKWAY IN WEST PARK IS NOT BEING CLEARED. IT TOOK COMMUNICATION WITH MY COUNCILPERSONS TO GET THIS DONE LAST YEAR.
    I HAVE ALREADY WRITTEN HIM AND THE MAYOR, AND PERSONALLY MET WITH THE MAYOR THIS YEAR ABOUT THIS AND IT STILL IS NOT BEING DONE.
    THIS YEAR. NOT ONLY THAT, I AM CLEARING THE SIDEWALK FRONTING THE PARK PROPERTY ON NORTH SEVENTH ON THE SOUTHERLY ENTRANCE TO WEST PARK. I AM SICK OF THIS AND THE POOR RESPONSE OF THE CITY NOT DOING WHAT THEY SHOULD BE DOING.
    ( WE HAVE TO DO ON OUR OWN PROPERTY.)
    AND IF THE BRIDGE IS NOT CLEARED ALSO, AS THEY DID NOT LAST YEAR,(I DID THAT THAT TOO) PERHAPS MY NEEDLE NEEDS TO BE SHARPENED

    Hello,
    I called customer service this morning at a little after 9:00 AM reporting that only one of my two compost bins was emptied. The lady was very nice and asked for the details including my name, address and phone number. She told me that she would forward the complaint and to leave the cart at the street. I went out of town until 7:00 PM and of course the cart was still full when I returned,
    This is the third time in four weeks that I have had an issue with the my bins not being emptied. The first and second time was with my recycle bin. I called and complained the second time and nothing happened. (I let the first one go as "it just happens") But now with three out of four weeks having problems with my bins not being emptied I m not a happy "camper". I have not had any trouble with the refuse truck
