    Came home today at 13 Myrtle Sq., to 2 large piles of dirt and road /asphalt debris dumped in parking spaces occupied by a firefighter and homeowner.

    There was no notice to the surrounding neighbors of 11, 13 or 15 Myrtle Sq that utility work was being performed, or that parking spaces would be a dumping location for the work.

    Could the city provide adequate notice when work is being performed in a neighborhood?

    It appears that the traffic lights may still be on the "summer" traffic schedule. Mostly between 6-8 am. Cars waiting to cross 128 lights, while waiting on either side of Eastern Ave, have an extensive wait time, especially when 128 ext traffic is light or non existent. Lights stay green for minutes (timed, not exaggerated) without 128 traffic oncoming.
