There is an active ground wasp's nest under the city tree at 427 State Street. My kids both got bit badly today and my son has a swollen eye. Its my understanding that I cannot do anything about it because the tree is owned by the City of Albany. I'm requesting the forester to come and look at it. There is a real problem there.

Additionally, this tree needs to be trimmed.

This is an overgrown plant area. The property owner has never maintained it and it is so big that people can’t use the sidewalk.

These two trash bins are stored all the time on the exterior of their building.

The trash bins behind Iron Gate are constantly stored on Spring Street.

The bins are stored outside on the Lark Street side. They are required to store them internally.

This property has a massive amount of overgrowth.

There are folks that drink at the lot at 208 Washington Ave on a daily basis. The police are called regularly and yet the problem persists.

The bin is overflowing with trash!

This property has a ladder on the sidewalk and trash that has been sitting out there.

There is an electric wire hanging off the building.

There is human feces that has been piling up at 57 Spring st. The property manager and or owner is well aware of it. He never cleans it even after it has been pointed out to him several times.

Was the owner of 193 Lark st responsible for butchering this tree? This tree is located on the side of 193 Lark Street.

There are two trees in the backyard of 359 State Street that are overgrown. The branches are leaning on the electric lines. It is starting to look a little dangerous.
