    Please inspect tree at 31 Mt. Vernon Street for health issues. Resident is concerned that it may have some sort of blite that could spread to other trees. Neighbors tree has the same issue which is why she thinks it is spreading.

    Resident called to request tree be inspected/pruned/removed on the Chestnut Street side of 290 Pearl Street. It was damaged in bad weather a week or two ago. She heard a loud crack. It drops a lot of 7,8, and 9 foot branches in her front yard and more so since she heard the crack. She wants a return call back.

    Resident stopped in to report s/w defect/missing bricks on s/w on Mass. Ave. by the Azgard Restaurant and fitness place by bus stop. It gets filled when it rains or snow melts and is a hazard. He tripped and fell, but, is ok. Needs cones or caution tape at least until it is repaired.

    Resident called about Mary Conlon Park (little mass. ave.). There are a couple of locations in the fence that need repair. Also, she actually had purchased a terracotta planter last year and placed it next to the bench with flowers in it. It was replaced with a plastic one which is ok. She is requesting that we move it to the opposite side of the bench away from the litter barrel. She also wondered if we could do a little more to beautify the area near the bench where people sit ie: more flowers maybe

    Resident called to request that the tree in front of 69 Sixth Street be removed. It is raising the sidewalk and the foundation of his house. He said he would be more than happy to pay for a new tree that is smaller and less invasive to the s/w and foundation. He is elderly and cannot afford to replace his foundation.
