Bare spot in the grass immediately next to the curb along Spring St. just south of the intersection of Spring and Sunset needs seeding or sod. The photo is looking north toward the intersection of Spring and Sunset. The photo is new and was taken on 5/9/2023.

This is a repeat of issue 12345195 that was submitted on 5/17/2022 and then closed on 5/18/2022 without any action being taken. It has been almost a year and the issue has still not been resolved. Because the original issue is closed and archived, I am unable to reopen it or to enter additional comments.

Before the original issue was closed this comment was entered by the "City of Ann Arbor": "Thanks for letting us know, this is low priority at this time staff will address when able."

Even if this issue remains a low priority, please don't close it again until it has been resolved or you determine that the City is not willing or able to address it. Please keep the issue open, even if it may take some time to address it.

There are ruts left from cars or trucks at the north end of the playing field. Water accumulates in them, they are muddy and pose a trip and fall hazard to people walking or playing in the park. The attached photo was taken looking to the southeast toward Danial St. from just over the sidewalk that runs to the park shelter and bathroom building at the north end of the park.

There are a number of other wet, muddy spots and spots with thin to little or no grass throughout the park that could also use some attention.

All four of the lights in Belize Park are on during daylight hours.

Several sinkholes of varying sizes in the grass at the north end of Hunt Park along Sunset Road. One of the deepest is marked with an orange traffic cone, but there are several others. The sinkholes are a trip and fall hazard and could result in injuries, particularly when the grass is long or in the morning and evening when it is dark and the holes are hard to see.
