    Hwy 54 - Wisconsin Rapids
    Hilltop Grand Village runs their sprinklers across the walking path, over the boulevard and into the highway. We folks that use the path early are forced onto the highway. Not very safe at 6 a.m. They have not done anything to remedy the situation when made aware of it by citizens.

    Resident driving dump truck on city streets and parking it at home. Street is getting torn up and sinking where he cranks the steering wheel to back in along side of his garage. The street has a 10,000 lb. weight limit and the truck is around 28,000 lbs.
