    whose bright idea was it to cut a key down a newly repaved alley? and why cut it soon deep? its the perfect depth for beer cans and bottles so send a recycling truck then fix your mistake and repave the alley so the kids and ride their bikes again. Look one alley to the east. same slope, no key, repaved same week in November and they got new concrete aprons. did someone say "ah, no concrete this week, let's keep the guys busy and mess up that other alley by having the guy who can't walk a straight line make the cut." come on. be better. I know it's just tax dollars but some people have to live here.
