    23rd Street & Martin Luther King Jr. Way Oakland, California - Northgate
    There is a 'Tent City' on the corner of MLK Jr Way and 23rd Streets. It has been there for MONTHS. Why is the City allowing this encampment to exist? It's unsanitary and unfair to the renters/home owners that live in the area.

    The City cleaned up the homeless encampment on 5/1 and by the end of the day it was back. Please remove the encampment. It

    Please remove the junk illegally dumped at 36th Street & MLK Jr. Way. Is it possible to get a dumpster permanently placed at this location? Junk is dumped at this location WEEKLY.

    The City should plan to pick up the illegally dumped trash at 36th Street & Martin Luther King, Jr. Way every other day…that's how often offenders are dropping off trash/junk at this location.

    37th Street & 3700 Market Street (Lower Unit) Oakland/Alameda County, CA - Longfellow
    Please replace the curb on 37th Street & 3700 Market Street (lower unit). We have not had a curb at this location for at least 8 years. It's a HAZARD for people getting out of their vehicles (on the passenger side) or people stepping into the street from the uneven curbless embankment. It's also difficult to park vehicles without messing up automobile tires.

    Every week or so, people are dumping their OLD TVs, furniture, mattresses, paint cans, etc. in front of the empty lot on 37th Street and MLK Jr. Way. Maybe the City should install a camera to catch the culprits. People are also dumping their trash & old junk near MLK Jr. Way between 36th & 35th Streets.

    I am requesting that we be at the TOP of the City's list of designated streets where pot holes will be repaired.

    When you have a chance, please drive down 37th Street, between Market and West Streets. I'm positive you will agree that our street is BADLY in need of repair.
