The enormous tree that was the centerpiece of this park has been dead for months!!! Isn't this hazardous? Are we going to remove and remediate and replace this GIGANTIC mature tree?

Huge amount of leaves along the northside of Central Avenue between 5th and Webster. There are always cars parked here. Apparently the resident do not know how to use brooms. They either need to move their cars weekly or clean it up! Or perhaps the city comes and does it for them? It needs to be cleaned up before the heavy rains. This is routine annual chore.

This house is in probate I imagine and is neglected. If the city could maintain the area between sidewalk and curb that would help. The city area weeds are high and dry. It is becoming a fire danger again. I am a neighbor and have no idea how to contact the owners to complain.

Extreme speeding going on daily as drivers rush to the ferry each morning between 7:30 and 7:50 am. Be aware this is very dangerous and will not be okay once school resumes at Encinal

Newly planted trees (4 of them I think) are behind a construction fence in front of Paden Elementary School Please check to see if they are receiving water so that they do not die. They were only planted a month or two ago. They are now hidden behind a green construction fence.

There are two mature trees here. The one nearest Pacific is ill dating from the Rosas Construction re-do of the sidewalk. The chemicals they use poison the plants. So now there are dead branches, etc. Both of these trees have nothing to protect them. They need mulch on the dirt between the sidewalk and the curb. Homeowner in purple house in elderly and unable to care for these trees. Homeowner in purple house is also continually concerned that the more robust of these trees is too prolific and should be pruned more often. I must admit it is also because the cleanup of the city trees' leaves is a burden to her.

Let me explain why this tree is in danger. The ground gets completely saturated in wet times. The roots are loose. There is not enough dirt in the area between the sidewalk and curb. The homeowners only weedwacks. What is needed is a generous spread of dirt and mulch in the whole area.

sidewalk just redone this week. There are breaks on the edges as you can see in picture 2. picture 1 is a photo of the driveway. the ramp part of the driveway is the city responsibility. It is too Steep. And the Cracked part was not repaired.
there is also another flaw in the sidewalk. There is a place where a bulb of concrete is sticking up at a crack. Perhaps it was caused by a cat who walked over the concrete when it was wet. It is a big enough bulb to cause someone on a skateboard to fall.
I also want the city to know that I called the company Rosa today because they left the area in front of my house in the street full of Muddy sand and small chunks of concrete. Concrete chunks were in my planted areas and a few items were left behind such as a glove a few water bottles. I really don't think that's acceptable

113 Santa Clara Ave. Sidewalk at driveway not repaired along with other repairs on this street. this problem is very much related to the lack of drainage to the sewer system in the street in front of this driveway. The street along the curb needs to be graded so that the concrete is not blocking the drainage. The high water table creates a soft ground that sinks and cracks the concrete

Rosa Construction was here and replaced parts of sidewalks. at this location they fix the edge of a curb at the edge of the driveway and the sidewalk edge of the driveway and yet they left the steepness of the driveway at the bottom of the driveway more steep than ever. This creates a problem for our cars. in addition they left a real mess of wet concrete dirt in the street
