    There is a very strong odor in the stream near bluecoat Lane and sleeping dog. It smells similar to rotting dead animal but the smell follows along the course of the stream for at least 300 yds or more. It seems to be something actually in the water. I'm concerned that there may be a septic issue or other similar concern.
