    tractor trailer is the property of the adjacent lot at the corner of Mandela and 5th. these people are blocking lanes at will to store their rigs. they move than from one side of the street to other, daily. they need and deserve to be punished. please do so. please ticket and tow, otherwise they will continue to break the law and make for dangerous driving. while riding my bike, I was nearly pinched between this illegally parked trailer and a big rig trying to turn from 5th to Mandela. this has to stop!

    boat and boat trailer on sidewalk next to tents that have been blocking the sidewalk for over 2 YEARS! Bike lanes blocked both sides. vehicle lanes also partly blocked. The situation is getting worse every day.

    ongoing parking blockage by little house village residents AND Securty Guard. This has been a problem since the village was built here. if the city is going install residential housing they need to include parking so that the rights of the other citizens aren't trampled upon.

    This is a NO PARKING ANY TIME zone. vehicles belonging to the residents of the Tuff Shed community are using this as a parking lot, blocking access to the bicycle lane and part of the motor vehicle lane. This is happening every day all day. If these residents can't obey the parking laws perhaps the gate access to Mandela should be locked off.

    This is a NO PARKING ANY TIME zone , and beneath these vehicles is a designated bicycle lane. Bay View Metals Recycling has been using this as their company truck storage lot for the past 18 months. having Bay View's trucks there has encouraged others to park there as well. Additionally the sidewalk is completely blocked by a homeless encampment.
