    The King Crescent utility cut from the work last year is washing out at the corner of 7th Street and King Crescent. The sharp edge of the asphalt could potentially cause damage as tires drop into the washout. Suggest to either add fill and/or setup barricades to mark pothole and help traffic miss it.

    Stop lights at Hwy 5 and Peck Road are out of place again (or they were as of 5PM yesterday), same as previously reported (https://seeclickfix.com/issues/3830746-traffic-signals). This time the SW set of lights is turned even farther. Is there a design issue with the fastening method or has it just been that windy?

    Lights at Peck Road have turned by the strong winds. In particular the one a the SW corner of the intersection is facing the center of the intersection instead of the oncoming traffic.
