My neighbors Dan & Vanetta who reside at 3380 Coquina Key Dr, SE have installed 6 floodlights and a large mercury vapor light on the side of their house and have them pointed directly onto my property. The side of my house is lit up like a Christmas tree and even shines into my upstairs bedroom causing me not to be able to sleep in my own bedroom.
