The complainant is Mr. Sky Ferrell of 2926 163rd Ave N, Clearwater FL 33760, called stating that the elderly resident of 2914 163rd Ave does not regularly mow , edge or weed and that the overgrowth to the street is affecting the storm water run off when it rains

This is commercial property for Gulf Coast Auto Mart that appears abandoned. The dumpster enclosure area is fully of junk, trash and debris. There appears to not be any service. Also the south side of the building is full of junk and debris. There are many vehicles lined up along the east fence line possibly inoperable. If the business is closed up, vehicles seem abandoned.

Building without a permit. Building an attached shed to the main structure of the home on the east side of the home.

The above owner has been watering on off days continuously

Constantly running sprinklers! Always in evening Overnight way into the street and needs to be made aware of restriction

Please check into the timing on this light . The light seems to be short cycling for the north and south bound side causing back up.

stating: Neighbor is leaving bowls of bird feed out for ducks that are breeding and pooping everwhere

Water's back lawn late at night at lease 4-5 times a week.

Outside of the home to my west, the sewer line has broken. Sewer water and contents are spewing into the air and going down the street path east ward in front of my home. Will end up in Lake Seminole.

Grass is too high + junk on side of house & back yard..looks like hillbilly haven!

The back yard overgrowth is approx one foot below the height of the 6 foot wooden fence that is in disrepair.
