Our tap water yesterday turned rusty brown. We are not using the tap water because it is unsafe. I tested the water and the reading is over 200. This is unacceptable. Today the water appears to be clear, but is it safe? I want answers to this issue and someone to assure we are provided safe water for my family. The Fire Department made adjustments to the hydrant in my yard yesterday and was not notified of a problem. Do we have a health alert???? The mayor lives across the Lake Disston from us, Did he know of this issue. I want someone to contact us to discuss. - 727-240-7023 Roger - 433-388-2421 - Cathy

Water is filthy with a rust color. It reads over 200 on the scale that measures quality for human use. NO notification from your department of this issue. We are not using the tap water at this time until we are confident that your department has certified its use. We would like to know why we were not notified of the city jeopardizing our health??? Mayor lives across the street. I will ask him why this event occurred. I want a representative to call me.

Lake Disston - 61st St N & 3rd/4th Ave N - Cypress trees planted earlier this season have uprooted/ collapsed in Lake. Water Level is low enough where they could be salvaged if properly installed.
