Very large rack dumped in parking area of We Are Hair/ residential building at 2323 Alameda Ave.
Now someone moved it into the street Blocking fire lane
Tenant of 2323 Alameda Ave was evicted a week or so ago and left it Landlord should get charged to remove this

Vehicles at 2442 often blocking the sidewalk

City contractor not going all the way to Oak Street to clean up the sidewalks on Encinal
The broken bottle has been here for at least four days

Posters tape to poles for over a week Contractor is suppose to remove regularly

There is not adequate cleanup of the dirt left by the sewer project on Park Street. Look at how filthy it is and how dusty it is this is an environmental concern much less a concern for businesses with all the dirt going in why is it cleaned up every day?

Large pothole has appeared 18" or so in dia 6" deep

2 potholes soon to join together SE corner of Park and Central On Park Street just south of the cross walk

Someone dumped cardboard and trash

The west side of Park and Central walk light do not automatically allow for crossings on signal changes The walk signs in the Downtown corridor are not suppose to require the beg button to be pushed for the white pedestrian to come on

ACI has left a mess after picking up the blue bins Other bins knocked over and things spilled on the ground
We place the bins in neat order now they just leave them strewn blocking the area

One resident of 2326 Alameda Ave continues to dump their garbage at the barricades on Alameda Ave We have attempted to contact them and landlord to tell them they need to use their bins with no luck Name is Meadow unit C Can you please give them a notice to stop?

Cleaning up best I can

There is water coming up and out of the EBMUD meter cover at intermediate times, mostly later evening and morning before 11 am
Previously reported to EBMUD who came out to look inspector said he think sewer water as it is not constant flowing Looks like someone's pipe is leaking / blocked and easiest way to go is up and out of the meter box.
Alameda Avenue north side almost aligned with the door to the apts / tutoring shop ,.--

Small amount of water coming out of the asphalt in the extended walking lane (old parking spaces Was wet yesterday and walked by a few times today and still wet.
Not a flow, looks like a slow leak not sure if water or sewer
No off putting smell -,)

Sidewalk has junk blocking it constantly Someone need to fine the property owners to clean it up .

Still many pieces of glass from the breakage yesterday In the sidewalk lines, tree area and under the bench. Was not cleaned up last night so guessing Clark did most this a.m. if some one were to fall definitely could have potential for cut. Not just a few pieces left. ,.
