    The pedestrian crosswalk signal on the SE corner of 4th Ave S and 6th St S is constantly showing 15 seconds to cross 6th St. S. The traffic signal is allowing cars to cross the crosswalk creating a dangerous situation for pedestrians. The crosswalk signal needs to be turned off or corrected.

    Lights in parking lot were recently installed as floodlights. Section 16.40.070 of the Code require full cut-off fixtures.

    Digital sign is in violation of several Code sections. The dwell time is less than the 60 seconds required the average time is 5 seconds. The images vary with large light intensity levels which creates a flashing effect at night. The brightness of the images are over acceptable ranges - no dimming occurs at night. Please ask the owner to hold a static image or turn the sign off at midnight or when the business is closed.

    DelMar Terrace South between 4th St S and 5th St S. on South side of road. Utility box was damaged in 2017 hurricane. A new box was installed but the old damaged box was left bolted to the concrete pad and new box is in lawn area. There has been warning tape around the area but it never gets repaired. Private utility company owning the box is unknown.

    Appears to have had a sanitary sewer manhole overflow last night. There is on odor of sewage and what appears to be solids along the parking spaces at curbside. Looks like a large volume of water was in the road. Need to have the area washed and disinfected if it is sewage.

    Construction barricades and signs left on right-of-way after construction work is completed. Sign at southwest corner of 4th Ave S & 4th St S was for 430 Beacon project. Barricades left after I-175 road project. Please remove the sign and barricades.

    Seven street lights are out around the building at 400 4th Ave S. This has been reported to Duke previously and for at least three times to the City. Lights have been out since November. Duke Energy states that these are city owned lights.

    Lots of silt deposited along 4th St S. coming from construction site. HC access ramps impassible on the west side of the site also. The is no silt fence on the south side of the site with piles of dirt over the curb. Please confirm that SWPP plan is being followed.

    Cars are parking in cul-de-sac of Del Mar Terrace S. Location is between 4th Street and 5th Street. City garbage truck can not access building dumpster. Cars have been there for multiple days.

    Seven streetlights are out around the Sage condominiums located at 400 4th Ave South. All lights on frontages of 4th Ave. S. And 4 St. S. have been out for months. There is one out on Del Mar Terrace near 4th St S also. City and Duke have been notified before. Duke claims lights belong to City and they will not fix them. Please help with this!

    Two acorn fixtures on concrete pedestrian height poles have been out for multiple months. First reported to SeeClickFix and was told to contact Duke. Duke could not find poles on first attempt and then said the poles belong to St Petersburg. They are located on the west side of 4th Ave S between 4th St S and the entrance to I-175. They are closest lights to I-175 on that block face. Duke Energy said they have a pelican on the fixtures.

    Duke Energy came out to repair the two street lights. They state that the lights belong to the City due to a pelican being on the fixture. Duke did not fix these lights. They have been off since November. This is the second attempt to get this done thru SeeClickFix. Please help!
