There is a mattress and a broken up entertainment stand in the alley between 56th and 57th St. and 16th and 17th Aves N.

Their are about a dozen large and fairly deep potholes from the corner of 57th Ave N & 18th Ave N east to approximately 5643 18th Ave N. They could be very dangerous if a bicycle hits one of them. It looks like the top layer of the street is disintegrating.

A large tree fell and pulled the roots up just in front of the sewer during the hurricane. Since then I can hear a steady flow of water pouring into the sewer at all times - even when there has been no rain for days. It sounds like a water line has broken and it flowing directly into the sewer.

One side of the opening to the storm drain is completely blocked with leaves and dirt. The other side has a tree starting to grow out of it.

There is severe street flooding at the corner of 55th Street and 11th Ave N during any heavy rain. The storm drain has been getting progressively less effective since last summer (2016). Prior to last year the drain worked fine.

There is a chair and other trash in the yard that has been there for over a month.
