Full horn , non stop for the entire length of Emeryville. The horn has woke me up each time and in sure thousands of others. I suspect its malicious as there is no reasonable need to use the horn in this way. Please investigate.

We have yet to see the gutters swept in months. It seems since the construction around here we have not gotten the regular sweeping and so the gutters are filthy. The sweeping done during construction times only covers the middle of the street which is mostly cleaned my moving cars anyways. Please startup regular sweeping again for the sides if the street, esp. The West side where trees are

Nevada plate: 835-ARX white hyundai, been here another week parked on Christie Ave.

Vehicle has been reported before; owner seems to be leaving it here for long periods of time (going on for months ) but the parking is already heavily impacted by casual carpool leaving very little for local residences and businesses. Thank you.

Two trucks which have been parked/parking here for what seems to be years. These trucks seem to be seldom used by local a business but take up valuable parking spaces that could otherwise be used by patrons of

    1. Los Moles
    2. Jasmin Blossom
    3. Subway
    4. Starbucks
    5. KYU2 Sushi

And probably a few other local businesses that could benefit from the green zone. These two trucks have been here so damn long that you can find them on google maps. Ya, I'm not kidding, this uploaded photo is from google maps, lol.

This pedestrian bridge is the sole access point for wheel chairs/strollers, but when the trains stop directly under the bridge, the pollution from the engine is horrible and it makes the bridge unusable until they move. You can see the effects of the train pollution under the east side of the bridge where they routinely stop... its completely black on that side.

When this happens I will take the Powell street bridge but that's not an option for everyone because that bridge only has stairs.

I think with a little effort they could be aware of this issue and stop the trains so that the engines are not near the walkway.

Major safety issue: Cars are blind to the sidewalk here. I watched a pedestrian get hit by a car and dragged about 10 feet. Turns out he was okay, but he was lucky.

The bushes completely cover the fence and cars can not see the sidewalk until they drive over it while existing the parking lot right behind the 76 station.

Plants should be cut down from fence.
